Description
Tell us a little bit about what you are looking for from your roller skates, budget, and any preferences about material (suede, leather, vegan), heel height and brand. We charge £15 for any ready-to-roll skate consultation - this includes all complete roller skates. (45 minutes) £25 for any boot-only fitting (45 minutes) £50 for ColorLab Consultation (please allow up to 90 minutes for this appointment as we also complete the form together) We want to make sure we have the right member of our team available to support you, so appointments will be confirmed by our team. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive confirmation and do not travel without this. Should you require a same day appointment, please call us on 07479 430404 to check our availability. We will deduct the fitting appointment fee from any shop purchase on the day of your fitting. Terms and Conditions: In order to ensure our stock is maintained at the highest quality, we only offer fittings following payment. We appreciate your understanding. Any fitting fee is then deductible from a subsequent shop purchase made the same day.
Cancellation policy
Your fee paid is for consultation about wheels with a member of our team and fitting of the wheels onto your skates. We are happy for you to try up to three sets of wheels. The amount you have paid will then be deducted from any subsequent wheels you purchase or order. We can fit these wheels to your skates for you. We are only able to offer a same-day discount of your trial fee. All skaters must complete or hold a valid waiver. All identities and genders are welcome. We welcome inline skaters. Skateboards, scooters and heelys are not allowed. You authorise The Skate Sanctuary to take photographs and video of the session to share on their website and social media. Please speak to a member of the TSS team at the session if you do not wish your image to be included. Published event times reflect venue availability time - you may be asked to remove your skates up to 15 minutes before the published end time in order for us to clear the venue on time. By booking you accept our Respect policy as well as our liability waiver Waiver of Liability - You agree that you undertake all roller skating at your own risk. If you are booking on behalf of other people, you assume this risk on their behalf. You agree not to hold The Skate Sanctuary, its staff or volunteers liable for any accident or injury that may occur. The Skate Sanctuary are able to offer to reschedule or refund your class when you provide 24 hours or more notice by email only to: skate@theskatesanctuary.co.uk Should The Skate Sanctuary cancel the event, you will be refunded in full. We are only able to refund the value of the ticket you paid. Any extra costs incurred will not be refunded. Our cancellation and refund policy is in line with standard event and ticket policies as outlined by Citizens Advice. Wellness Policy - By booking a ticket, we will assume you are well and there are no reasons you should not be roller skating. It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of conditions which would prevent you from skating. If you are in any doubt regarding your fitness to skate, please consult a medical professional before booking a ticket. If you feel you have a reason, medical or otherwise that your skating ability may be impaired, you must inform a member of the TSS team at the start of the session If after talking with a member of the team you decide not to skate, no refund will be given unless the required 24 hr notice period has been met.
