We've launched a session specifically for skaters with neurodivergence to come together in a low-stimulus environment. With coaches to support your skate skills as required.

Push beyond limits with growth-oriented training that blends calisthenics, yoga, and cross-disciplinary methods. Build strength, mobility, and somatic awareness through structured challenge and intelligent intensity. All levels welcome. Expect sweat, precision, and deepened body intelligence.

This is an introductory 6 week course for skaters who have little/no prior experience of roller dance. Skate hire available for a small additional fee (Free FNS ticket at end of course if you buy a course ticket @ £54)

The first block of the year will re-establish our solid drills practice, introduce some rhythmic combinations and explore important dance elements as well as choreography. Suggested Level 3&4

New for 2026! A roller dance class with a focus on line dancing. Moves can be done in boots with or without wheels ( so all levels can join in)
