Fitting for Riedell boots and support with ColorLab and custom embroidery or applique

90 minute appointment Custom Build Consultation: We will measure your feet and try different boots so you can understand how they fit. Build: We will look at the equipment you would like, and give you a realistic idea of how long they may take to build and estimated cost, based on current stock / supply. (+ColorLab Consultation): We will look at the different colour swatches, try boots and take your order. It is best to come with a good idea about what you would like, so you are confirming this. We have a range of Riedell boots in stock, including 135, 172, 336, 3200 to try on and feel. We are increasing our stock level as regularly as possible! ColorLab Consultation: Feel free to ask us any questions about skates / plates / wheels or Riedell's ColorLab process and we will do our best to answer them. Design: we will create the design using Riedell's visualiser with you to ensure the colours and sizes are correct. Fitting: We will measure your feet and try different boots so you can understand how they fit. Try on the Riedell boots we have in store and see the colour swatches for yourself. We will support mocking up your chosen boot on the visualiser. Build: We will look at the equipment you would like, and give you a realistic idea of how long they may take to build and estimated cost, based on current stock / supply. We will deduct the £50 fitting appointment fee from any roller skates you buy from us. Voucher valid for 2 weeks. Terms and Conditions: *We will support you as best as we can to help you find your dream roller skates. *We are often in the shop on our own. We may need to check out other customers while you try on roller skates, however, we will not fit another customer for skates during your skate fitting. *You do not have to order or purchase roller skates the same day as your fitting, and you will receive a voucher for £50 off a custom roller skate purchase.
Cancellation policy
Your fee paid is for consultation about wheels with a member of our team and fitting of the wheels onto your skates. We are happy for you to try up to three sets of wheels. The amount you have paid will then be deducted from any subsequent wheels you purchase or order. We can fit these wheels to your skates for you. We are only able to offer a same-day discount of your trial fee. All skaters must complete or hold a valid waiver. All identities and genders are welcome. We welcome inline skaters. Skateboards, scooters and heelys are not allowed. You authorise The Skate Sanctuary to take photographs and video of the session to share on their website and social media. Please speak to a member of the TSS team at the session if you do not wish your image to be included. Published event times reflect venue availability time - you may be asked to remove your skates up to 15 minutes before the published end time in order for us to clear the venue on time. By booking you accept our Respect policy as well as our liability waiver Waiver of Liability - You agree that you undertake all roller skating at your own risk. If you are booking on behalf of other people, you assume this risk on their behalf. You agree not to hold The Skate Sanctuary, its staff or volunteers liable for any accident or injury that may occur. The Skate Sanctuary are able to offer to reschedule or refund your class when you provide 24 hours or more notice by email only to: skate@theskatesanctuary.co.uk Should The Skate Sanctuary cancel the event, you will be refunded in full. We are only able to refund the value of the ticket you paid. Any extra costs incurred will not be refunded. Our cancellation and refund policy is in line with standard event and ticket policies as outlined by Citizens Advice. Wellness Policy - By booking a ticket, we will assume you are well and there are no reasons you should not be roller skating. It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of conditions which would prevent you from skating. If you are in any doubt regarding your fitness to skate, please consult a medical professional before booking a ticket. If you feel you have a reason, medical or otherwise that your skating ability may be impaired, you must inform a member of the TSS team at the start of the session If after talking with a member of the team you decide not to skate, no refund will be given unless the required 24 hr notice period has been met.
