Service Description
What will you learn? From helping you find your confidence to explore the world of roller skating for the first time, to identifying blocks and fears around particular movements, through to advanced skate skills, we can support you. Our focus is on good technique and correct form. Building solid foundations will allow you to apply these to future skills by yourself. Everybody’s progress is different, and roller skate skills are tricky at first! Once you feel comfortable and balanced on 8 wheels, and feel more confident, skills will develop more quickly. We suggest you wear protective pads to help you feel comfortable. Roller skating is a great exercise for all ages. We have hire skates in UK sizes ranging from junior 8 to adult 12. Children are welcome to join you in your private group. Age is no barrier Hire kit is included with this session. Emily is able to offer a block of classes as follows: 1 session £75 3 sessions £200 6 sessions £360 An additional video-recap of the session is available for +£15 per session. About Emily: Emily, one of our seasoned coaches, brings over 15 years of experience from the roller skating world, with a strong background in roller derby. A high-level competitor, she has a proven track record of coaching a wide range of skills to skaters of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a beginner building confidence, an intermediate skater sharpening your skills, or an advanced skater looking for that extra edge, Emily will tailor her sessions to your individual goals and needs. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your private coaching session. We will allow one reschedule only. We expect participants to be fit and well to roller skate and have no medical conditions that would be exacerbated by slips, trips or falls. All participants must sign a waiver in advance of the session. Activity time is one hour, please arrive 15 minutes before to put kit on and complete paperwork.
