The Importance of feeling Safe when you're learning to roller skate
It's essential to feel safe when you're roller skating. unless you do, you won't be relaxed. Our programme contains lots of visualisations - most of them quite silly - to help you get started and not think about your body too much. We suggest you imagine carrying something - a tray of kittens - so that you hold your body in a specific position that will support a particular movement. For more information, see our Complete Level 1 course for Absolute beginner roller skaters.
