Neon Flex 'n' Roll

Step back in time into our disco workout class on roller skates! Suitable for all skate levels, this circuit style session at our studio is designed to get your muscles developed for skating - as well as practise some skate skills. Best of all, the session is self-paced, so you can go hard or more gently - don't forget your sweatband!

Sensory Profile:

This class will happen with our disco lights on, these are colour changing and some movement of the lights on the ground, but we do not have flashing or strobing lights. The exercises will be demonstrated and during the session loud music from the 80s and 90s will be playing. Our coach will be available to support exercises if you forget what to do.

We encourage you to get into the spirit of the session with funky workout gear maybe that you've had in your wardrobe for a few decades hehe but wear what you are comfortable to wear.

Don't have your own skates? Don't worry - skates can be hired from our check-in desk.

Skate Hire

Skate hire is available from the front desk for a small fee- you can pay by cash or card

Drinking water is available and we have a selection of hot and cold refreshments for sale.
