Guest Instructor Workshop - UV

Roller Girl Gang are proud to bring you this Guest Workshop from UV (Belfast)

In this workshop we will be exploring manuals and edge work and learning how to add them into some dance moves and footwork combos. We will focus on making it smooth and flowing between moves. There will be progressions and regressions for all moves taught so all levels are welcome.

This workshop is for you if you are aged 17 or over, have your own skates and would like the opportunity to learn something different from an international roller skater! 

Spaces are Limited - book early! Tickets £15

Skate owners only, no hire available.  No need to remove toe stops for this workshop if you prefer to wear them.

is a Rollerskate instructor from Northern Ireland. She’s been skating for 5 years and dabbles in all skating styles from derby to dance, skatepark to slalom. She started her skate journey with Belfast roller derby in 2018 then she moved to New Zealand and discovered park and dance skating. She’s been teaching rollerskate classes for 3 years and in 2022 she became a Rolla Certified Instructor. UV teaches classes in person and regularly posts tutorials on her Instagram. She loves creating new moves and teaching them to others.UV

Ticket Terms and Conditions:

• All identities and genders are welcome.

• This class will be delivered on quad style roller skates.  Inline skaters are welcome to join, although no refund will be given should you deem your skates unsuitable.

• You authorise Roller Girl Gang to take photographs and video of the session to share on their website and social media. Please speak to instructors or marshalls at the session if you do not wish your image to be included.

• Published event times reflect venue availability time - you may be asked to remove your skates up to 10 minutes before the published end time in order for us to clear the venue on time.

• We are happy to refund/reschedule tickets if you tell us by email more than 24 hours in advance of the class.  Please email  We are not able to accept cancellations via social media DMs.skate@rollergirlgang.co.uk

• By booking you accept our cancellation, COVID and  respect policies as well as our liability waiver

• You undertake all activity at your own risk. Roller Girl Gang cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury.

Wellness Policy:

By booking a ticket, we will assume you are well and there are no reasons you should not be roller skating.

It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of conditions which would prevent you from skating.  If you are in any doubt regarding your fitness to skate, please consult a medical professional before booking a ticket.

If you feel you have a reason, medical or otherwise that your skating ability may be impaired, youinform a member of the RGG team at the start of the session must
