Private Studio Hire Booking

Service Description

Hire our studio by pre-booking - This must be booked more that 48 hours before the time that you require. You can use the studio for commercial and non-commercial use (including rehearsals or practise) and is not limited to roller skating uses. You are able to use our speakers to play your music, provided this is suitable to be played in a public space. Our shop will remain open and continue to support customers, however the studio will be screened off to ensure privacy from members of the public. Should you want use of our whole studio and shop, this is possible, but is chargeable at a higher rate. Skate hire is not included. Should this be required, you are able to pay on the day. £3 skate + protective pad hire per pair No roller skate coaching is included. Terms and Conditions: *Studio time must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. We are not able to reserve studio space without payment. *Maximum of 15 participants *Your booking time includes any set up and pack down time. Should you require additional time for this, you will need to add this to your booking. *Hire is for the studio only and use of speakers only. Please note that due to the shop being open during this time, any music will need to be of an appropriate volume level and style (ie - no excessive swearing/ derogatory language) *Minimum studio booking time is 1 hour, we are not able to hire for part of an hour. *Should you be late for your booking, we are unable to give you additional time. *Please do not consume your own food and drink on our premises, unless you have our written permission. *We are an alcohol free venue. Please do not bring or consume alcohol on the premises. If we feel you are intoxicated and skating, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your skates. *Please treat our staff and studio with respect. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel any member of your party is being deliberately unsafe or rude, without a refund. Refunds and rescheduling: We must receive at least 48 hours notice to move or refund your booking. Any less time we are unable to refund or reschedule your session.
