Flat Ground Jumps Instagram live part 3. Hi everyone, in this video I'll take you through how to jump, but more importantly how to land. If you have never jumped before, please note it is VERY easy to fall over backwards and bump your head, I have seen it happen. Be cautious and also kind to yourself. Like all roller skate skills, jumping takes practise and time (you may find that you want to try these jumps in trainers first). Otherwise, my favourite 'easy win' trick is the 180 handplant.
