In just a few hours, you'll gain insights into the link between stress and burnout, understand your relationship to stress and explore ways to make positive changes. You will engage in self reflection, have the opportunity to share experiences, and develop bespoke action plans to implement in your personal and professional lives. This is the first in a series of workshops aimed at personal development and growth.
