Reclaim the Night is an important movement for women and marginalised genders to take a stand and say no to gender violence.

This year, we are pleased to offer a pre-meeting point to bring skaters/dancers /anyone who is heading from the LS9 area to the main meeting point.

Schedule:

6pm Meet at The Skate Sanctuary - free and secure parking available

6.30pm set off to the main meeting point

7pm Reclaim the Night march

8.15pm we will head off to Friday Night Social

9pm protest ends if you are staying.

Skate if you are confident, though it will be street skating and will be dark. Much of the route is not skate friendly and hilly.

We suggest you bring your skates as we plan to head to Friday Night Social around 8.15pm.

Wear warm clothes and as many lights as possible.

If you are skating, outdoor wheels are essential on this route.
