WHAT'S HAPPENING?

We've got a few stalls outside our studio, food provided by @CookandCurry who are able to provide some great options with most dietary requirements catered for (including vegan and gluten-free)

12-4pm Free entry to roller skate sessions inside The Skate Sanctuary. Skate hire is £1 if required. We will release a limited number of tickets on Saturday 7th June for each session (45 mins + 15 minute changeover). We will also keep a few sign up spots on the day. You will only be able to sign up for one ticket at a time. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in for your session, or we will reallocate your place to someone on the waitlist.

We will also have a small skating area in the car park, our shop will be open and we will be serving refreshments.

4-6pm Clothes Swap in The Skate Sanctuary donations welcome. 4-5pm donations and setting up. 5pm SWAP TIME

All clothing that is not claimed / swapped will be donated to Smartworks.

6-8pm Karaoke Session / Lip Sync Battle

8-9pm Comfort Break

9pm - late Solstice Roll Out

Ticket Terms and Conditions:

All skaters must have a completed waiver, which is valid for one year from the date it is filled in.

Under 18s  must be accompanied by a guardian or responsible adult

All identities and genders are welcome.

We welcome inline skaters.  Skateboards, scooters and heelys are not allowed.

You authorise The Skate Sanctuary to take photographs and video of the session to share on their website and social media. Please speak to the studio team if you do not wish your image to be included.

Published event times reflect venue availability time - you may be asked to remove your skates up to 10 minutes before the published end time in order for us to clear the venue on time.

We are happy to refund/reschedule tickets if you tell us by email more than 24 hours in advance of the session.  Please email skate@rollergirlgang.co.uk  We are not able to accept cancellations via social media DMs.

By booking you accept our cancellation, COVID and  respect policies as well as our liability waiver

You undertake all activity at your own risk. The Skate Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury.

Wellness Policy:

By booking a ticket, we will assume you are well and there are no reasons you should not be roller skating.

It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of conditions which would prevent you from skating.  If you are in any doubt regarding your fitness to skate, please consult a medical professional before booking a ticket.

If you feel you have a reason, medical or otherwise that your skating ability may be impaired, you must inform a member of The Skate Sanctuary team at the start of the session

If after talking with a member of the team you decide not to skate, no refund will be given unless the required 24 hr notice period has been met.
